Hi I am Sharon.  I am the Correspondence Security Courses Adult Vocational Training Coordinator and Assistant Director of Quality Assurance.   It is my job to make sure that Safecity's Best Practice Policies and Code of Ethics are maintained rigorously.  As an accredited Registered Training Organisation, we are required to maintain records of all our students, work submitted and qualifications issued.  I have outlined below information regarding our policy on confidentiality of student files and electronic archives.

• Your files (excluding financial and credit card details) may be viewed only by training delivery staff authorised by the Principal.  
• The enrolment form you send to us is transmitted and stored in an encrypted format and may only be unencrypted by authorised and specially configured computers.
• Permission to view financial details is granted only to the financial controller or persons authorised by the Principal.
• Your files, photo id and financial details will be encrypted and protected by password and stored in folders that are not electronically accessible by unauthorised persons.
• Your personal and financial details, including your E-mail address, are classified restricted information and may not be distributed to other parties.

Please have the following information ready before entering the secure server

Help us prevent credit card fraud by doing the following

• Have the credit card you intend to use with you.
• Find your credit card verification number.  This number is printed on the reverse of your card near your signature.  See picture below.

• If someone else is paying for your correspondence security course please include their full name and telephone number.
• Print a copy of the resulting form and keep it as a reference.
• The charge will appear on your statement under the name Safecity Services Pty Ltd.
