Please take the time to read the information below as it contains important information about your enrolment process.  

All online enrolments are processed individually.  You enrolment submission form is comprehensive and includes important details about the course.  Please allocate 15 minutes to complete this form.  The information you provide us will enable us to help you succeed.

The student support team decrypts the enrolment forms and notes your specified call time. 

A team member contacts you by telephone to finalise the enrolment.  This gives you a further opportunity to clarify any issues about your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment course.

During this session you also arrange for the payment of the course fees.

We can also make arrangements for you to pay the course fees by alternative methods. 

International students are contacted by email.

• You will only need the credit card details when student support calls you about the enrolment.  For security reasons we do not collect credit card information over the internet.  
  
  Please have the following information when student support calls you.

  • Have the credit card you intend to use with you.
  • Find your credit card verification number.  This number is printed on the reverse of your card near your signature.  See picture below.

• If someone else is paying for your course please include their full name and telephone number in the submission form.  We will need to contact the owner of the card before we are legally able to process the payment.
• The charge will appear on your statement under the name Safecity Services Pty Ltd.

• Your files (excluding financial and credit card details) may be viewed only by training delivery staff authorised by the Principal.  
• Permission to view financial details is granted only to the financial controller or persons authorised by the Principal.
• Once your payment has been processed, all financial details are removed from our system.  We do not store any credit card details.
• Your student files are protected by password and stored in locations that are not electronically accessible by unauthorised persons.
• Your personal details, including your e-mail address, are classified restricted information and will not be distributed to other parties.

The transaction will be conducted in a secure, encrypted form.  Different browsers validate secure pages differently. 
 

Google Chrome will show the following when you are logged on a secure form.
Internet Explorer will show a small lock on the bar, next to the URL address.
